Missio Volunteer Management is a unique platform software solution that allows you to manage all aspects of Volunteering.

This unique approach enables users to have total control in one application. With our Missio Volunteer Portal a user can create multiple events attract and manage their volunteers and hours.

The Volunteer Management System allows a user to post upcoming events as well as any skill requirements. Then volunteers register with a password-protected username to create their profile. Finally the volunteer can browse listings of upcoming volunteer projects in grid or calendar form and select to volunteer for that project or event. The Volunteer Management makes managing your projects, events, employees, members, and volunteers easier with its centralized and secured cloud-based platform.

Missio Volunteer Management System lets you connect projects to specific events while including start/end dates times of event, volunteer limit, event location, status, employee(s) assigned to the event, and an RSVP notification. Missio Volunteer Management System allows you to see which volunteers have signed up for a specific event, while allowing the organization to setup specific events for a project.

The Volunteer members’ page is a tracking system for your existing members and volunteers. It securely stores information and skills about your volunteers to help you determine who is best suited to your projects and events. The volunteer settings allows a user to quickly identify members and volunteers with particular skill sets and interests so that you can contact them for particular projects, thus increasing the likelihood of getting volunteers.
